You have the right to have any data that is incorrect, corrected. You have the right to object to the use of your data. You have the right to have your data provided to you to take elsewhere in a suitable format. You have the right to have your data deleted in certain circumstances. Use of your data:

When you make an online purchase:

We collect your name, address, postcode, telephone number and email address. We also collect details of all items that you have purchased. We use PayPal to process your payment and PayPal have their own privacy policy regarding their use of your personal details on thier website. We do not receive any payment card information from PayPal.

We keep this data for 18 months after your purchase has been delivered. This is so we can honour our 12-month guarantee and answer any queries for a short time after this.

We require this data so that we can deliver your order and record the transaction in our company's accounts. We are processing this data on the basis of a contract with you to supply the goods you have purchased.

The data will not leave the European Union area and is not passed to any third party.

When you subscribe to our newsletter:

We collect your name and your email address.

We keep this information for 1 year. After one year we will email you to ask if you wish to keep receiving the newsletter - if we do not get a reply we delete your data from our newsletter list.

We need this data to be able to email the newsletter to you and we are processing this data with your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by; clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or by going to the unsubscribe form on the website.
